We ship all online orders using Australia Post Standard Shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been collected by Australia Post, your tracking information will be sent directly from Australia Post to the email address provided with your order. Please check your inbox and junk/spam folder if you have not received your tracking notification.
Please note that the sender name displayed in Australia Post tracking updates and delivery notifications may appear as Beamel Pty Ltd, which is the registered business name associated with our online orders.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking email for tracking information to become active within the Australia Post network.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post and cannot be guaranteed.
We are unable to offer refunds or compensation for orders delayed in transit.
If you request that your parcel be left without a signature, you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of goods after delivery has been completed.
If nobody is available to accept delivery and no authority to leave has been provided, Australia Post may leave a card advising where your parcel can be collected.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

As we operate both an online store and a retail shop, stock levels may occasionally vary.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will:
Refund the unavailable item; and
Dispatch the remaining items without delay.

Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
We accept returns on eligible non-food items provided that:
